My work is built from within and pulled outward to question the interface of our world. I use color and form as a container or vessel to house my symbols and thoughts. I then dissect it with large roars of color. I begin a new piece from self-evaluation. I want to understand my self and the things around me. Very often this occurs from sporadic mark making and the investigation of the unknown or stream of consciousness. Each day brings new color and form and I can’t wait to see what happens next.
